New: NHS doctors are using Microsoft Teams to get coronavirus test results straight to their mobile devices. The University Hospital Southampton have been using Teams to bring test result times down from hours tom minutes. They have been using Medxnote to develop this system in a short amount of time. Medxnote is also being used at Liverpool University Hospitals to develop bots to relay information.
New: Microsoft have given out hundreds of 4G routers and laptops to disadvantaged students across the country to give them access to education during lockdown. They have also made O365 Education free with tools such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote plus additional classroom tools.
